I can teach in person or virtually in order to help students across the world!
I was born in Massachusetts, and always dreamed of living in Hawaii, being a math teacher, and surfing. I worked hard through school, got scholarships to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and later graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education: Math. I came back home to get my Master of Education, and then pursued my dream once again. Now, I live my dream due to hard work and positivity, and all i want to do is help students learn so they can achieve their own dreams. My experience stretches 6 years from grades 3-12 in the following positions: teacher, teacher assistant, tutor, substitute teacher. I have taught students in multiple cities in Massachusetts as well multiple islands in Hawaii. Through my years of education and experience, I have learned to work through diverse challenges and apply a range of teaching techniques to effectively progress student learning, attitude, and motivation.
